Life, it doesn’t come with a manual. Really? Maybe it does but like all manuals we leave it in the drawer and try to figure it out on our own and we all know that leads to buttons being pushed that should be left well alone until the basics are understood. The Tree of Life offers a greater understanding of the world(s) we live in and the part we play, to know yourself and in doing so how you’re affected by what’s around you, how to take charge of those energies and make them work for you. What often puts people off is the enormity of it all, it’s a journey and like all journeys all you need do is put your foot out and then keep doing it until you reach your destination. An occasional blog on the Q, as I affectionally call it, will hopefully help. Stay tuned for more and bring your walking shoes.

Leave time for meetings and get togethers, check the battery on your phone, get the car winter ready and think of train timetables as a work of fiction. But don’t panic; Keep Calm and Carry On. It’s just adjustments to bring better things your way. Eventually.

The Sun moves into Sagittarius today. Switch on your optimistic and philosophical head, accept that which you cannot change and get on with making that which you can rumble with activity. Embrace the adventure! 

Mars normally sits in a sign for about 6 weeks, he moves into Virgo today for 8 months! Clearly this is something special, but just what will he bring? He’s noisy, assertive, energetic and creative, a fiery planet. Virgo is fastidious, pays attention to details and can be rules orientated, an earth sign. The combination means it’s time to re-organise ourselves, chuck out the clutter and spend time finding slicker solutions to our problems, get creative and have faith in your ability and purpose. Avoid speaking out until your sure of all your facts, sudden bursts of anger or heavy criticism could get you in trouble. The big news this month is Mars and his extended stay in Virgo. Joining on the 11^th he goes all the way through until July next year, an extraordinary long time. He usually sticks around a month and half or so, that means of course that he has something important to offer; so what is it? Attention to detail with money, your health, work and just getting things operating in a more efficient way. Easy? Of course not but think about solving day to day issues in a different way, put some real energy behind it and you will do better than fine. Avoid unnecessary worrying, avoid creating an issue where there aren’t any and if you find your finger wagging in a jobsworth manner catch yourself, laugh and remember you may be the teacher, but you’re also the student. Mercury goes into reverse on the 24^th until December 14^th so watch travel plans, leave plenty of time to get to meetings and don’t sign anything that can wait for more favourable times.
